Manufacturing & Quality

TMP Technologies specializes in foam conversion, as well as the fabrication and assembly of close tolerance, engineered components utilizing various materials. Our manufacturing facilities encompass more than 148,000 square feet and feature advanced process equipment and machinery operating in multiple shifts to meet our customers' needs.

Our labor force is highly skilled and trained and we use sophisticated automated equipment - much of which we designed and manufactured ourselves - to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Some of the processes and applications for which we are recognized include:

• Polyurethane foam conversions
• Techniques such as profile forming, laminations, die-cutting and complete fabrications
• Applications of various patented surface coatings to foams with open cell and fine cell structures
• Various foams for reservoiring and wicking
• Homogenous foam impregnation in order to retain and transfer pigments
• Mylar stamping and forming
• Adhesive, magnetic and fabric laminations to the Mylar family of materials
• Laminations of mylars and polyurethanes to metal stampings

Our Buffalo, NY, manufacturing plant is registered to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System requirements, testimony to TMP's unwavering commitment to the highest quality precision foam assemblies.

The Buffalo plant is the first TMP facility - and among the first manufacturing plants worldwide - to achieve certification under these updated international quality standards.

Our customer-focused, ISO-driven quality program has enabled TMP to obtain "Certified Supplier" status with Xerox Corp., Lexmark International, and Valeo Corporation among other global suppliers.
