Foam's unique combination of body-contact comfort, flexibility and dimensional stability makes it optimal for the medical products and components manufactured by TMP Technologies. Polyurethane foam can be produced economically for one-time, sterilized use. It is ideal for prep swabs, swab sticks, wound dressing, surgical tray inserts, needle stick pads and IV accessories. TMP also manufactures anatomically contoured orthopedic accessories, test tube holders, body positioners, and immobilizers.

Medical Grade Foam
Our hydrophilic foam is soft, pliable, highly absorbent, moisture retentive and can be sterilized. TMP fabricates hydrophilic foam into a variety of useful shapes and sizes. TMP also posses the capabilities to laminate onto textiles, hook & loop fasteners and a wide range of other materials.

Swab Sticks
Polyurethane foam is attached to a polypropylene handle produced economically for single use applications. The materials used enable sterilization if required.
Catheter Clamp
TMP manufactures a tubing clamp with a hook and loop system for catheter and other tubing systems.
Needle Stick Pads
TMP's needle stick pads have a PSA backing to adhere pad in desired location. The foam pad provides protection from hypodermic needles and syringes.
Test Tube Holder
TMP manufactures a variety of test tube holders out of polyurethane and can add a logo if needed.
Tubing Pad/Protector
TMP manufactures a tubing pad with a PSA adhesive that aides comfort and protection during patient care.
Wipes
TMP converts our proprietary Capu-cell® material into clean room wipes. Capu-cells® high absorbency and low particulate characteristics makes an effective wipe that is used throughout the clean room industry
